Depositing Checks into Relay

You can remotely deposit checks to your Relay account using their mobile app. Please note that checks can take up to 6-7 business days to deposit into your account. Relay is unable to deposit money orders, substitute checks, or any non-US checks. In addition, Relay does not support the use of lockboxes at this time.

To deposit a check on Relay mobile:

1. Sign into the Relay mobile app
2. Select Deposit Check in the left-hand corner of the screen.

3. Next, select the account you would like to deposit to.

4. Enter the check information.  
5. Press Front of Check and Back of Check to take photos of each side separately.
   1. Make sure all 4 corners of the check are displayed.
6. Next, select Deposit in the bottom right-hand corner.

7. Select Done to return to the main page or Deposit Another Check to continue depositing checks.
